HST Basic: $300 to $500
- Monthly bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
- Quarterly estimated tax calculations for business income
- Up to two hours of consulting per year by phone/email
HST Standard: $450 to $650
- Monthly bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
- Quarterly estimated tax calculations for business income
- Preparation of Federal and State Business tax returns
- Up to two hours of consulting per year by phone/email
HST Premium: $550 to $750
- Monthly bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
- Quarterly estimated tax calculations for business income
- Preparation of Federal and State Business tax returns
- Payroll services
- Up to two hours of consulting per year by phone/email

Bookkeeping & Payroll
Monthly advisory (bookkeeping + analysis) Starting at $300 per month
Sales Tax, Personal Property Tax Typically $75 per month - $150 per quarter
Employee Payroll (up to 10, bi-weekly) $100
Note: Bookkeeping fees are based on two bank accounts with less than 250 monthly transactions and include the QBO fee from intuit. A custom quote is available upon request.
